Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made via www.healerlabs.co.uk.


1. Cancelling Before Dispatch

You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Orders placed before 6:00 PM UK time (Monday–Friday) are typically processed the same working day. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.


2. Cancelling After Delivery

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

In addition, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

  • Items must be unopened.
  • Items must be unused.
  • Items must be in original, factory-sealed packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety requirements, opened food supplements cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.


3. Refunds

Once returned goods are received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

Original standard delivery costs will be refunded in accordance with UK consumer law.


4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse cancellations or returns where products have been opened, are not in resaleable condition, or where requests are made outside the 30-day period.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
