Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made from Healer Labs London via www.healerlabs.co.uk.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is new, unused, and unopened.
  • The item is in its original, factory-sealed packaging.

Hygiene & Safety: Opened food supplements cannot be returned unless faulty or supplied in error.


2. Incorrect, Damaged, or Faulty Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos of the product and packaging for verification.

If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including applicable delivery costs.


3. How to Return (UK Orders)

We provide free, tracked returns for eligible UK orders via the Royal Mail Returns Portal:

  • Print the label at home or present the QR code at a Post Office.
  • Drop your parcel at any Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point.

4. International Returns(Outside UK)

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns must be sent using a tracked service to the address below.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.


5. Returns Address

6. Refunds & Processing

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

We do not charge restocking fees.
